Our Mission & Vision

The mission of New Life Christian Church is to love God, to love others, and to magnify the name of Jesus Christ. NLCC  was established to build the people of God through the word of God.The vision of our church is to attend the spiritual, social, and physical need of the members and the community, to develop ministry gifts for service to the community and the world, and to build strong families by raising up strong men. New Life Christian Church is committed to being instrumental in the plans that the Lord has for the Pike County area and throughout the nation. To bring the word of  God to the hurt, depressed, addicted, and financially bound believers and to impact the world by training believers to work in the ministry and to establish the kingdom of God in all the world.

Pastor Annie C. Blackmon, Co-Pastor

Pastor Annie Blackmon is a woman of God who ministers the word of God with a prophetic voice. She not only reaches and and teaches the word of God, but also reaches her hands amidst the community to serve the needs of God’s people on every level. Her utmost desire is to educate God’s people to live a life of freedom and abundance. Pastor Annie felt the sincere need for a school in the Pike County area where students could receive an excellent education in a Christian environment, therefore New Life Christian Academy was founded in 1990. As a spiritual leader, she reaches the unsaved, unchurched, and uncommitted with the life changing word of God. She has been married to Pastor Willie Blackmon for over 25 years and they both share two daughters, a son-in-law and two handsome grandsons.
